Great little item - I use one set on wrists one set ankles

I’ve been using these for a few months now and enjoy them. Makes my workout a little bit harder and I sometimes double up if I’m just doing leg raises. Comfy to use and easy to put on and take off. I find they move around on my wrists a bit so sometimes I just put my fingers through them more like gloves.

Brilliant for walking

I use these daily on my ankles when I walk my dogs. Makes a normal dog walk a decent workout. Not too heavy to restrict but enough to make you pick your feet up.
