Requested by my daughter as a Christmas gift to help her with her fitness goals. She uses them several times during the week on their own, or with pilates workouts. She says they are easy to change weight when required and is happy with them. They were also requested as she has limited space to store them in her house, so they sit neatly in the bottom of the bookcase when not in use.

Good system and easy to use, not my colour as theyre for the wife. She says the 1kg is too heavy so i suggested she push the hoover round a little more to build up some muscle first.
