At AMONAX, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels where applicable.

To start a return, please contact us at social.media@amonax.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we need to confirm the return details and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or further support.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, returned without original packaging, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, sweat, odour, stains, scratches, or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to return the item after delivery following our returns process.
