Frequently Asked Questions

  • For orders before 4 pm Monday to Friday, subject to availability, we'll dispatch your products the same day for Express Delivery to UK addresses (including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Skye). Orders placed after 4 pm will be dispatched the next working day. Once dispatched, under normal circumstances, your orders will be with you within 3 working days. Dispatch and delivery could be delayed due to bank holidays, severe weather conditions, and other unforeseeable circumstances.
  • Delivery is free on orders over £20. For orders below £20, a flat delivery fee of £2.95 will be applied at checkout.
  • Due to the nature of the products we sell (i.e. weights) our packages tend to be very, very heavy and therefore we cannot avoid incurring quite high delivery costs on all of our shipments. The cost of shipping has recently surged with additional surcharges being added for a number of reasons.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.
  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout.
  • Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before shipping.
  • If the product is damaged or faulty we will cover the cost to return it, in all other instances you must cover the return cost.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
  • Yes. Most Amonax equipment is designed for beginners to advanced users. Adjustable weights and versatile workout tools allow you to start light and increase intensity as your strength improves.
