Orders placed before 4 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day for UK addresses, including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Skye, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 4 pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Once dispatched, orders are normally delivered within 3 working days. Delivery times may vary during bank holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery is free on orders over £20. For orders below £20, a flat delivery fee of £4.99 will be applied at checkout.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Many of our products are large or heavy, which can make international shipping costly and less reliable. By focusing on UK delivery, we can offer a better balance of delivery speed, shipping cost, and after-sales support.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods shown at checkout. All available options will be displayed before you complete your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order. We will do our best to help before the order is dispatched. Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
