We aim to deliver within 3 – 5 days and the vast majority of our orders arrive within this timescale. However, on rare occasions these can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen circumstances – tracking information should be available for you to check the progress of your order but if your delivery has not arrived within 7 days of purchase then please contact our Customer Service team.
Please note that if you place a very large order it may need to be delivered by pallet, in which case we will contact you to arrange a day for delivery.
We use professional courier services to deliver our products.
Some of our couriers may deliver at the weekend but unfortunately, it’s not something we can guarantee.

AMONAX only ships to the UK at present. We are hoping to offer international shipping in future.

In the event that we discover a pricing error after your order has been placed, we will contact you to offer you the choice of either a full refund OR continuing with the order at the correct price.
