Pull Up Assist Band – Heavy-Duty Resistance Band for Strength and Mobility Training

These bands are great and offer a good variety of weights and the quality is strong as expected. It has these wraps to hold onto as well if needed and the strap that goes over the door is also very strong and leaves no marks or damage to the door. I have looked at quite a lot of these kind of resistance bands to help with my pull ups and these do the job perfectly especially as I can adjust what weight I use. Nice little bag included to keep them organised as well. Very easy to use

Great items, each band is nice and chunky so they'll be very hard to snap unless it develops a tear in the band over time but right out of the box they're very impressive.A few accessories included such as two velcro wraps for more comfort instead of holding the rubber in your hand, a door anchor for expanding workout methods and target different areas of the body.My previous resistance bands were looped through a latch clip and had the black rubber fitting on the end but sadly a few have snapped over the past year so this set is much needed and feels a lot stronger due to being a full loop of rubber.Resistance bands aren't only brilliant tools for exercise but they're also very space efficient as you can see in the final image, everything fits into the bag provided with space left over as opposed to normal weights and bars etc. You also get a handy exercise example leaflet.

It is a very complete kit, not only the 5 bands but also the two grip pads and the door anchor. In addition to a bag in which to store it all.It is a great variety that allows us a wide variety of exercise, and also once everything is stored in its bag, it does not take up so much space.The instructions include examples of exercises that we can follow if we don't know how to start.The bands, of different colours depending on the resistance (from 2kg to 60kg) are quite thick, so I don't think they'll be easy to break.The grip pads allow for greater comfort as you don't have to hold the rubber directly. These pads close with a velcro fastener.The door anchor seems to work well, but you have to be careful as it depends on the quality of your door. I haven't tried it myself because I don't trust it.The price is high, but it includes a lot of products, and I think they will last a long time, something that maybe with cheaper ones don't.

These are very good and strong Pullup bands.I was pleasantly surprised to read that these were made of layered rubber which ensures the bands don't suddenly snap. Usually layered bands are.much more expensive than moulded rubber ones so give that, these are really good value.I have been using these using a bar and a plate to do different kinds of exercises such as overhead press, chest press, squats, calf raise, bicep curls and so on.They are definitely strong and are holding up wellThey will work well also as Pull up bands and hold weight well and you can also combine them depending on what you need.With the 5 bands you have a combination of great resistance bands. You also get the grips and door anchor so these are really good to do a variety of exercises. It also has a nice booklet which shows you the different types of exercises.For the price, and being layered, these are really good resistance bands.

I found these Amonax exercise bands really easy to use. They come in a set that also includes grip pads and a door anchor. The grip pads are really useful for protecting ones hands when using the bands. Also, the door anchor is designed for use specifically with elastic bands and it works really well.The bands themselves are tough and can really stretch. I use them for help with pullups mostly and even though they get stretched quite a bit, they go back pretty much to their original length.Along with all this, the kit includes an instruction manual and a nylon bag to hold everything.At the time of writing this review, the price for this resistance band kit is 19.99, which includes 3 off. For this price, I think they're a great deal. Very much recommended.

A solid set of pull up bands to assist me to do pull-ups progression which will be good for anyone from beginners to advanced users who want to do more pull-ups. The band are as good quality as my decathlon single resistance band. The band set is a must for users who do pull-up progression and strength training. A great value pack as a single resistance band can cost 10 for 1.

So at first glance this is a well put together set, you get a nice assortment of different strength bands so there's something for everyone from the beginners right the way up to the bigger guys that if needed can even combine multiple bands together for additional resistance.Resistance bands in general are amazing as can do lots of different exercises to target each of the different muscle groups without needing a big stack of weights or bulky exercise equipment taking up a big portion of your room & the best part with this set is when your done working out it all fits neatly away into the 34cm x 41cm bag that's provided.It also comes with two foam handles which is nice as it gives you something to grip on to the bands without just grabbing the bands directly with your hands which can be uncomfortable, they are super easy to apply as they just unroll out into a square 14cm x 15cm so u just have to wrap them around the desired bands & it holds together with velcro.The final piece to the set is the door anchor, it has a foam bit on the end to protect your door, you loop the other end through the desired bands which is then held into place with a carabiner clip.The only one thing i would say on the door anchor is to have the soft stopper on the side the door opens in to so when your pulling on it your effectively trying to pull the door closed opposed to the flipside where your pulling in the direction the door would open as that would put extra strain on the door, if pulling it in the correct direction the door stop edging around the doorframe will actually give the door additional strength & support.Lastly i do like how in the booklet they have 18 different exercises to get you started however i'm sure if you look on YouTube you'll be able to find a load of additional exercises or just full resistant band workouts to follow as well.On the whole its a nice little set, at the time of writing this it's 22.99 with prime so averages out around 4 a band, when i bought my last two bands individually they were 8 &10 each rated to the black & blue bands so to get the complete set of 5 bands with the additional bits for a couple pounds extra i feel is great value for money.

I bought one set of these and they where all stuck together at multiple points to point bands started ripping while trying to separate them I send them back and bought another set hopeing this was a once off since these are same ones my PT uses but they where exactly the same if not worse sent them back aswell very disappointed would rate lower than 1 if I could

Arrived following day on prime delivery. Each band is doubled up a few times and secured either end with elastic bands. Done if the bands were stuck together and difficult to pull apart, so much do the smallest of the red bands snapped in doing so.

Just received it and returning as black band stuck together so I am having to rip the rubber to pull it apart. Returning and will buy different brand. Maybe this fault is a one-off as so many others have given it 5 stars.

The bands are really great - I love them and will never return to weights again! I'd have given 5 stars but the door anchor can be a bit of a pain to set up, and adds a little extra time to my workout - perhaps it's just my clumsiness, but it could be a better design. However I would still recommend these to anyone thinking about switching from barbells etc to this far more natural, effective way of building strength!

I have tried a few sets of resistance bands and generally use them for light workout and to help with stretching rather than for any real strength building type exercises.This set has a decent level of resistance and they appear to be good quality. I do find that the grip pads (which didn't come with some of the others sets i have tried) are particularly useful.

My brother kindly tested these out on my behalf - I'm not really one for the gym, but I ordered them as a "just in case". Maybe I'll start working out eventually?Anyway, he seems pleased as punch. He gets to do some resistance band work at home, I get to eat my chocolates. They seem to do the job just fine, and I've had no complaints either!

Dislike red 15 -35LBS/10-20KG. Stuck together rest of them wort ok

Good set of bands. I use bands a lot, if you over stretch them they will delaminate and break. These look good and after using them many times I'm confident in the quality. The accessories that come with them are also good quality and very useful.

I bought these to change my exercise workouts instead of weights and don't regret it, there's a bigger range of exercises than expected and a lot more versatile they're well worth buying.

Quality of the item is very good durability is very good I have taken these with me on my travels very easy and light. Worth the money

Nice choice of bands

Been using resistance bands for a while as a personal trainer. This is such a great value and comes it it's own little pouch. Ordered one for a client as well.

We have tried a number of resistance bands and this is a clear 5 star product and one of the best we've tried.? Good range of resistance levels - we like the heavier resistance levels? Long bands for pull-ups but also lots of other home workout exercises? Colour coded with resistance levels? Well made and good quality? Nice little instruction manual providing guidance on 18 different gym/home exercises? Door anchor is a good addition but our doors aren't strong enough so we won't be using? What attracted us to this set were the grip pads - very simple but not seen these with other sets and we really like them - makes it far more comfortable to use

Great product with a huge range of different exercises and ressistance. Comes with padding for the handles that are convenient for avoiding blisters and such.Extremely happy with this purchase the range of exercises it can provide in tight spaces is what appealed to me in the first place and am definitely satisfied with the product.For the price, the health benefits are exceptional. I've even got my grand-daughter taking part with the smallest resistance. You won't regret this purchase I promise.
