At AMONAX, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Please note that delivery times may vary for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, and other remote areas.
We are unable to deliver to shipping agents, freight forwarders, or addresses used for onward transmission.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected stock delays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Some orders may take longer depending on courier availability, delivery location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be displayed on our website or at checkout.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.
Failed Delivery or Returned Parcel
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the courier, we may need to charge additional shipping fees to resend the parcel.
If the order is cancelled after being returned to us, original shipping costs may not be refundable where permitted by law.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will help check the delivery status with the courier.
Please note that courier delays can sometimes happen and are outside our direct control.
Damaged Items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
You may choose to wait for the item to become available, choose an alternative product, or cancel the affected item for a refund.
