Been looking for a lightweight, durable and easy to assemble ab wheel. Guess what, just found the one that ticks all the boxes. The quality and packaging looked good and solid. In no time I was set and ready to get my workout started. Works very well on all surface and that padded knee pad comes very hardy. No more using towels and dumbbells get the summer abs.

Solidly built, with a smooth stable movement while in use so ideal for people new to ab rolling- no peskly wobbles to deal with!The wheel itself if covered in a thick grippy rubber which does not slide on the floor.The product includes a knee pad which is surprisingly useful but I'm sure most people will use their own full sized yoga mat.Would reccomend.Size 7 shoe in picture for reference size

I was really interested to try this product. I have the resistance bands from this brand too and I love them. The ab wheel came super fast and was so easy to put together. I I’ve had it for about 2 weeks and Love it so far. This really helped me with home workouts especially because gyms as closed. But after a workout with it, doesn’t feel any different from the gym because of how much it works the core.

I've used many ab workout aids before but these work all the abs, especially the top parts. It gave me a really good workout and I could feel the benefit afterwards.The roller was really easy to put together and comes with instructions on 2 different ways. With the wheels apart you get a good workout, but with the wheels together you really work your core trying to balance.The set comes with a knee mat making it comfortable in hard floors.

Useful tool for home gymI am setting up a home gym and I find this tool very useful also for diversifying abs workouts a bit. Convenient being able to move away or bring the wheels closer depending on the difficulty. The handle is comfortable. The tool comes with a small mat to support the knees.There are 2 level of use beginner with the 2 wheels separate or advanced with the 2 wheels united. Now it's just up to practice and get some abs! haha

On the account that I'm putting on weight at an alarming rate during the lockdown, I've got myself an indoor bike, a bench and this ab roller. I'm a big man, so for me robustness is essential. I'm really pleased with this one as it does not bend at all when putting my upper weight on it. I've been using it for 2 days, my abs and my back muscles are adding already! Good sign! This will save me a fortune as I'm now not renewing a gym membership that was not used ??.

This year one of my goals was to eliminate going to the gym in favour of working out at home. This was one of my first additions to my collection of equipment. I purchased this to help strengthen my core.The roller comes with a mat to kneel on and a tape measure. The roller has 2 configurations, a single wheel or a double wheel setup. The assembly is easy, simply slide the wheels onto the metal bar and then slide the grips over the end of the bar.At first I was worried about it scratching my laminate flooring, however the wheel is made out of a soft plastic so this is not an issue.

Took a bit of effort to assemble since I didn't use water to get the grips on but it appears very sturdy after a few sets. I only done about 3 sets of 10 or so, trying to keep my form as best I could and I woke up the next day with my abdominals obliterated; it hit my obliques, centre core and lower abs. Infact I feel a belt like line going across my lower abs which I never felt soreness in before. I believe its the part of your core which keeps your lower belly tight (I couldn't be bothered to search the name but I know it has one).It's important to try and not let your lower back cave in and your arms straight to not involve the triceps too much.

The missing part of my workout routine has been completed with this Ab wheel roller. And already feeling the difference.This Ab wheel roller is so easy to assemble with clear instructions. The whole process wouldn't take more than two minutes.The handles are designed to guarantee a good grip so your hands won't slip even when getting sweaty.I use the small mat that comes with product as a padding for my knees so they won't hurt me when using the roller.After using it 5 times I can already feel that my abs are tighter and muscles are contacting properly when using the wheel. First time was surely painful but soon enough I got used to it (never used an abs wheel before so that explains it haha).Quite satisfied with the purchase and would recommend for those needing to focus on abs workout!

Amonax has not cut any corners when designing and manufacturing this product. As soon as it arrived just by the weight and feel of the outer packaging, I could already tell how good the product was going to be.I have used some other rollers at different gyms I have been to and one that I have purchased on Amazon, however nothing comes close to this in quality. I have been using it for one week now and I feel very comfortable using it. They really have thought about the whole user experience. Normally when you buy a product like this, it is only after you purchase it you realise that you would need some cushioning for your knees and one is included with this product free of charge.Some key positives:Portable - can be taken apart if you travel a lotProgression - As you become more advance you can switch the number of wheelsHighly recommended and will update after using for a longer period of time. I'm sure it will last for many years to come.

Well I seem to have bought a new torture device, this contraption when used correctly will leave you aching and wondering what you did wrong to treat yourself so badly ??In all seriousness, what a bargain! Really well made, includes the mat for your knees and has 2 modes, dual wheel for beginners and single wheel once you’ve mastered it (will that ever happen for me ??) This really works your abs and the first time you use it you’ll realise just how fit and flexible those YouTubers showing it off are.. and how unfit and stiff you are ?? Practice makes perfect though and I can stretch a little bit further each week ?? so I will persevere!Good luck fellow sufferers ????

Easily assembled and works perfectly.Good price for the Ab roller and mat.Seems well made and plenty of grip on the handles and wheel.

Terrible to construct, grips are so hard to get fully on

Spent half an hour trying trying to lightly tap the handle to put it onto the bar. Handle did not move past first base and I have a sore hand. Asked another household member if they could get handle onto bar and they also failed. DISAPPOINTED As the reviews are so good. Can't comment on using item as can't get to actually use.Rubbish - don't waste your time, energy and money.

the product arrives fully disassembled and it's not very difficult to assemble however, this is it's draw back - trying to change it from single to dual wheel mode makes it unsturdy. the handles are painful and do not cushion the impact / grip

It was good at first.. But after 4 uses it started squeaking loud as hell!! Most likely the side cloth got wormed out and the friction from the plastic is making it squeak. But after 4 uses? Come on.. If you have no issue with your whole house thinking your are loudly cleaning your windows them go ahead and buy it.

Hurt my wrists, felt unstable and flimsy. Regret the purchase.

The wheel works as it is supposed to...no wonder this isn't a peak of a modern technology but rather a simple thing and thus it makes it's job.But the devil found his way even into this simple thing and added a knee mat . The knee mat is just so tiny that it was maybe designed for Koreans but definitelly not for an average western man.
