This is my first set of wrist weights in the bangle style and I absolutely love them! The color is so pretty and the Velcro really holds them on yet is easy to adjust when needed. I love the way the weights slides off easily to adjust the weight to exactly what you want. The smooth finish of the actual weights feels really nice. Overall these are excellent quality and would definitely recommend them to someone. I like to wear wrist weights during workout videos just for that extra little bit of resistance and can’t wait to use these once I get back into a routine.
I have large wrists and ankles, and these fit me very well. The straps seem like they are kinda not great velcro, but they seem to work very well by some sorcery. The weights can move around the strap so that they can be distributed evenly. Works well on both ankles and wrists.
I wish the weights were a little bit denser so that they were slightly smaller, but it doesn't lose a star for me.
I use while walking to get better work out from just my walks.
Out of the package and on, these are really nice wrist weights! They do, indeed, distribute the weight well around the wrist, and the velcro closures are easy to attach, even to one's own wrists. They seem an improvement over the old terry covered donuts I used to use. And the fact that the bars are about two inches in length distributes them better on the arm as well.
These have a very interesting spongy and super softly micro-bristled interior that will keep sweat from creating sliding...almost an absorbent feature but not exactly like cloth.
