This is a great set of adjustable dumbbells. I got it for the office so I can easily sneak in some exercise when I feel the need.
It is very easy to adjust between the different weight options and get just what you need quickly. Put them all together and storage is also a breeze for areas where space is limited.

My morning routine includes a number of exercises where I need a lighter weight and I wanted something that would be able to adjust in small increments. The weight is easy to adjust quickly. These (you could even just go up by 1 lb if you didn't need the dumbbell to be balanced - i.e. if you were using it as a weight for dips or pull-ups).
The square ends look a little different than I'm used to, but the actual weight of the plates is spot on.
