Well made and comfortable to wear. The weight placement is even and I started off with just a couple and am slowly building up strength by adding another block when I feel ready. A great strengthening and endurance aid when I go running.

Great for building up cardio fitness with adjustable resistance

Been working on sorting out my cardio fitness lately and this weighted vest has been perfect for adding that extra challenge to workouts. The resistance makes everything harder in a good way - you really feel the difference when you're doing bodyweight exercises or going for a walk/run.What I really like is the adjustable weight system. You can progressively add more weight as you get stronger, or take some blocks out mid-session if you want to squeeze in another set but can't manage the same load. That flexibility is really useful for pushing yourself without overdoing it. The iron blocks slot in and out easily.Fits snug and doesn't bounce around too much during movement. The padded shoulders help distribute the weight so it's not all digging into one spot. If you're looking to add some resistance to your training, this does the job well 💪
