Brilliant ab roller I can definitely feel it works my abbs are killing this morning well worth the money

This is a sturdy good quality item and much more stable than the 2 wheeled roller I tried some years back due to the elbow supports. It was simple to put together. I'm 75 and I am doing at least 100 rolls a day. It takes up little space and little time to do. After only a week I am feeling the benefit. The small foam knee pad is very effective. You do need a hard floor though. I don't think it would roll on carpet. Excellent value for money.

I find this device easy to use as an exerciser aid.It is another way of exercising the abdominal muscles.
