I used it for the squats and hipthtrust and it was comfortable and easier to do the exercise without hurting yourself.

I loved the barbell pad for hip thrust. Works great and stays on .
Pad is excellent. Used it for hip thrusts, feels very comfortable. Easy to put on and take off
Had to struggle a little bit at first because it was new, but while working out doing squats could not feel the bar at all. Would recommend for any one who doesn't like the pad that the gyms use.
