A great quality piece of equipment. It is easy to get the boots on. When running, it gives an amazing feeling in the legs. I can definately feel a difference in my legs after using it. Works perfectly and very pleased.
I've used these now 2 or 3 times a week for the last 4 weeks and I think they are making a difference to my knee , I've tried all programs but I prefer the first or second as they do the whole leg in sections and I have only used them on pressure level 4 as that is tight enough, you get one for each leg but you can use them one at a time as they provide a blank to cover one of the compressed air outlets if you wish, you get a nice bag and everything fit into it easily, the compressor is rechargeable, at the top there are 3 settings one each for legs, arms, and waist, I've looked at their site but cannot find any attachments for arms or waist, hopefully they will come in the future, £300 is expensive, you can get them right now for £259.99 which is better but still expensive, as the compressor is designed to work with attachments for the arms and waist if they ever come about and you get them at a reasonable price because you already have the compressor, then the whole system will come into its own and value for money will be a lot better, they are well made reasonably easy to use but at this time they are expensive.
