I ordered these as physio recovery bands (what I searched for and what the description suggested they would be suitable for). For context, I'm a 6'2 " male of a heavier muscular build. The description really lacks details of the size of the bands, except retrospectively digging through questions and answers, there's an indication, but you have to go digging. The photos suggest that they will be a reasonable size, so the model must be tiny. The bands come as fixed loops that, while looped, measure about 12cm (x2 given it's a loop). Once I've put both hands in, there is no Unstretched length left. Unfortunately, it's not possible to know this without completely removing it from the packaging, as each band is in a tightly packaged cellophane bag. While you may be able to get a 2-2.5x stretch, I can achieve this while standing with my legs together - they're not long enough to use for practical exercise. This may be suitable for children or smaller people with very light builds but they are impractical for larger people.
