I have skinny wrists and ankle but can get useable fit with these weights
I bought these 2 years ago purely for weight loss. When I reached my weight goal I put them away and didn't use them for a long time.
I recently had a hip/glute injury and decided to try these again hoping that it would strengthen my hips and glute muscles.
