This is a godsend for anyone who is unable to walk or move around much. I've only had it a few days but I'm already loving it. Using it twice a day, have tried all the programmes and none of them have put pressure on my knees, hips or ankles. One point to mention it's it's very heavy so you may need help to position it comfortably. It's nice and quiet and doesn't interfere with watching TV or listening to the radio. It's child's play to use I didn't even need the instructions. Great to have distance, time, calories and more displayed. It's a considered purchase for the money but I'd say 100% worth it, I also purchased the 3 year accidently damage insurance for £10. I have rheumatoid arthritis and very weak legs, part time wheelchair user so I need to keep my circulation going and build bone strength. No pressing required the machine does it all for you. Very good build quality but as I said quite heavy. The remote control is easy to use, you'll need to buy batteries as it doesn't come with them, it can work all the functions and is easy for deformed hands like mine. Enjoy.
