Just had a total knee replacement and I have fibromyalgia so exercising is more difficult. Struggling with pain trying to exercise constantly is not easy when you are exhausted as well. I have attended a therapy centre previously with motorised equipment so reckoned this could help.
It’s so easy to use, try it out first before using it so you know the function and the speed. I am 10 weeks post op but reckoned I could have used it earlier. You can also add to the pressure on the pedals yourself enhancing your exercise. Remote control isn’t up to much, but easy enough to use the control on the machine itself.
I shall be continuing to use this machine as it is gentle enough to help my fibromyalgia.

Does not strain your leg muscles, you have 3sets for legs and circulation which are pretty set for 30mins.
But you can also use your own preference of time or exercise it is very versatile. The I like it a lot.
