Resistance band guide

Loop bands are great for lower-body training and activation.

Long bands work well for mobility and stretching, and can be used for full-body workouts.

Pull-up bands provide stronger resistance for assisted pull-ups and heavier strength work.

If you’re unsure, start with a loop set for glutes & legs, then add a long band for mobility.
